Amigo Software has been set up in the UK exclusively for the Alcatel-Lucent channel both in UK, Europe and around the world. This means that all the software is multi-lingual. The meaning of Amigo is "friend" and you will find that all of the applications which carry the brand are "Alcatel-friendly" This means that they will have been tested with both the OXO and OXE platforms and that they will not compete with any Alcatel-Lucent applications supplied on the base platform. Today we are focusing on a suite of XML applications for the IP Touch-phone but we work across the entire CTI and VoIP area. The following four products have been added to a new Quick Application Suite for the Alcatel-Lucent ECS (Extended Communications Server): QuickRecord, QuickCam, QuickPop and QuickDial.Our product range includes:

QuickRecord

This soft wallboard transforms ACD on the A-L platforms into a real call centre. The application takes the same performance statistics that are on old fashioned LED displays and presents them as a PC based application on a Plasma monitor. The concept of taking a popular contact management database record and popping it onto a computer screen is now a well known concept, but we are now taking this basic principal and integrating it with the Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch handsets. Instead of popping the record, we are extracting the data and displaying it on the phone. In addition we are also building in a one button dial-out feature by name. | |

QuickDIAL

Click to Dial is all very well when you pre-define the application but QuickDial provides the same functionality from any windows application. All you do is to highlight the number with a mouse, hit the hotkeys and the number is automatically dialled out. Email signatures and Google pages are very common applications from which to dial. | |
