We have recently been expanding our position in the global market place. ADDCOM is already selling through distributors into countries such as India, United Kingdom, Singapore and many more. We have wholly owned subsidiaries in Australia, New Zealand and South Korea. Our South Korean Office was opened in August 2004. The Korean office is responsible for manufacturing, regional sales, quality assurance and will assist with additional product development. The office will form the Asian hub for ADDCOM and will be primarily responsible for overseeing the manufacturing of the ADDCOM products as well as ensuring quality is maintained to the high standards set. ADDCOM Korea will also introduce the ADDCOM range of products to their local markets.

In July 2003, ADDCOM acquired the recorder business of Thales Contact Solutions. Having operated in Australia for 40 years, strong connections were established in the recording and related application markets especially in Contact Centres, Public Safety, Financial Trading and Air Traffic Control making them a leading supplier of specialised voice recording and replay.
